ENERGY MARKETS AND CAPABILITIES

Some of the growing sectors in the energy include: • Natural Gas, RNG, & LNG • Hydrogen technologies • Carbon Capture, Storage and Use Technologies • Smart Grid Technologies • Nuclear

Our organization is aware of the growing Energy Manufacturing Economy.

1

There are opportunities in the energy supply chain that we have not yet been able to capitalize on.

2

We are interested in receiving no or low-cost assistance in developing a go to market strategy for energy supply chain opportunities.

3

We are already engaged and want to expand our market share in the energy supply chain.

4

Currently we service multiple industries with our products and services.

5

ENERGY SUPPLY CHAIN PRODUCTS

Energy Supply Chain products include goods that support energy production, store energy, or increase efficiency. Supply chain participants include manufacturing companies that make components, packaging and adjacent products. Some of the energy product categories include: • Grid Components • Battery storage and related infrastructure • Energy Production & Movement

Our company recognizes the importance of energy products, technologies, and innovation.

1

We have a dedicated team or staff member who manages our new product/technology development.

2

We currently have product(s) that we sell to the end user in the energy sector (such as grid components, batteries, or energy production products).

3

We currently supply components to the infrastructure development in the energy sector.

4

We are interested in learning more about energy supply chain opportunities for our companies products and technologies.

5

ENERGY EFFICIENCY AWARENESS

An energy efficient factory equipped with design and manufacturing processes that reduce waste. An energy efficient factory lowers energy costs and makes a company more competitive and financially sound. The first step is to be aware of current manufacturing processes and ways they can lower costs and provide revenue opportunities.

We would like to learn more about energy efficiency strategies for our company.

1

Our customers (current and/or potential) are interested in our energy use and resource efficiency

2

We would like to learn about workforce development programs related to energy efficiency (e.g., educational programs, training, on-the-job training, etc.).

3

Our current and/or potential employees value proactive energy efficiency programs, community engagement, and related initiatives.

4

We are interested in learning about energy waste reductions that can add value to our organization.

Once a company is aware of small and large actions that could reduce energy consumption and costs, the next step is deciding how to act on it. Finding opportunities and deciding the best plan to benefit from them is the next step.

We are interested in a no-cost assessment by an energy expert to suggest improvements to our facility or manufacturing processes that would reduce energy costs and increase efficiencies.

1

We have opportunities to reduce energy in our operations that we have not yet been able to implement.

2

We would like to learn about grant programs that could be used to pay up to half of the cost to install a new HVAC system, windows and lighting, factory expansion, renovation, or other project (large or small) with an energy efficiency component.

3

We are planning capacity expansion, process improvements, and/or equipment upgrades in the next five years.

4

We have participated in one or more tax incentives, federal, state, and local grant programs, or community resources as they relate to energy efficiency strategies.
